Videojet’s new 1550 and 1650 ink jet printers incorporate new features designed to drive sustainable improvements in production processes. The operator interface provides mistake-proofing capabilities to help assure the accuracy of product codes. Actionable diagnostic information helps production managers address technical and operational issues to improve uptime and overall equipment effectiveness.

The market had never seen these capabilities before. Videojet needed a high-profile, cross-media campaign demonstrating the unique features and competitive benefits of the innovative 1550 and 1650 printer line. More than a promotional effort, everything in the campaign would need to work together to teach customers how the new features can be used to advance productivity and accuracy.

The Symmetri team delivered a new microsite, 12-page product brochure, four videos, three white papers, six emails, an interactive demo, a sales presentation and a tradeshow booth. Our fully integrated campaign modernizes and humanizes Videojet’s image while thoroughly demonstrating the unique abilities of the 1550 and 1650 printers to improve coding quality, uptime and performance.
