Insight-Driven Creative. We started with creative concept development—delivering several campaign options that addressed the business strategy and audience insights. The chosen concept, “Pathways to Productivity”, leveraged design elements reminiscent of exploration and travel—including a topographic line design—to communicate the idea that there are many “right” paths in the SUC journey. Messaging underscored the idea that with Dentsply Sirona Single-Unit Crown Workflow Solution, practitioners can be sure all roads lead to success.
Buzz Builders. Print and digital ads, social posts, emails and videos helped bring the “Pathways to Productivity” story to life. With multiple assets, our campaign was able to not only highlight the full workflow, but also drill down into specific SUC pathways and products. Social media and video assets featured clinical insights that highlighted the importance of strong SUC workflows, including these statistics:
• 45% of an office’s restorative revenue can be attributed to single-unit crown procedures
• The #1 reason that crowns are sent back to the lab to be remade is poor fit
• The main reasons for crown failure are caries, abutment tooth fracture and ceramic fracture
Smart sales enablement. Finally, we armed the Dentsply Sirona sales team with a brochure and sell sheets that provided full information on the workflow and the key products within. Per the strategy and insights, the first spread of the brochure highlighted the fact that all clinicians have their own preferred path when it comes to single-unit crowns, and that Dentsply Sirona supports every step of each journey.
