BLUE, a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) client, wanted to increase the number and quality of leads they were gathering through their website. Key Performance indicators (KPIs) were established for their site, which included the percentage of keywords in the Top 30 search engine results, organic website traffic, and decreasing bounce rate.
In the first year following launch of the website, organic traffic made up of 42% of all traffic. In the second year, this had increased to 70% and drove 32% of Contact Us leads. Overall, organic traffic increased 209% YoY, while quality of visitor remained consistent, indicating qualified traffic.
Optimization to the site is conducted each month, customizing meta data, updating page elements, and improving navigation.
